First aid in the fire brigade

Every firefighter is expected to know first aid. Therefore, it is a compulsory part of basic training. However, many commanders and municipalities are not even aware that this is not enough! In the same way, according to DGUV regulation 49 § 9 First Aid, every firefighter must undergo at least 4 double hours of further training in First Aid within two years.

We are happy to take over medical training and further education for our comrades. All course instructors we use for courses at fire brigades are members of a fire brigade themselves and know about the special requirements that are placed on the almost exclusively volunteer helpers.

We offer the 16-hour course in advanced life-saving measures according to the specifications of the Modular Squad Training (MTA) for Bavarian fire brigades, eight-hour refresher courses and two-hour practice evenings. The courses, which last at least one day, are also valid for the driver's licence ordinance. Because it is important to us that our comrades are really well prepared for their tasks, we come to all courses of at least one day with two instructors to create even more practice opportunities for the firefighters. We will be happy to advise you individually for your fire brigade.
